Return Policy

All products shipped are manually checked on faults. Still it could be possible that what you receive does not meet your expectations and that is not what we want. You are special to us so after receiving your purchase please contact us within 14 days of the receipt of your order. What to do:

- Tell us clearly (by mail) what is wrong with your purchase and include a picture if appropriate.

All purchased that you send back should:

- be kept in their original status and;

- be send back with the original contend and packaging.

Ship us the items with a shipping tracking number, and contact details.

Guarantee (for CENTUS bottle holders only)

Next to the assurance that you can send us back unwanted products, you have a two month warranty on defective items.

If you like to obtain an warranty for one year please select this at the dropdown menu whiles purchasing your item.

What to do when you have a defective item:

That we can only give refunds if you are our customer and have bought the items on our website scentus.com. For SCENTUS items bought elsewhere, on other sites or in stores other return policies are implied.

Customers are legible to pay for returnable items.

We do not repair or replace items with an expired warranty.
